Social Distancing and Yoga

While we are all practicing Social Distancing I will be offering classes throughout the week on FaceBook Live. I am keeping the normal Prenatal Yoga schedule so you can find me online on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 and Saturday mornings at 9:30. 

Additionally I am offering Open Level classes, which I will announce on Facebook the day or so before. My goal is to offer open classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings at 9:30. These classes are for anyone, regardless of yoga experience. I will offer a variety of modifications so you can fit the instructions to your comfort level. You can find me on Facebook here:

Schedule Changes

Beginning this Wednesday, March 18th at 6:00 p.m. Journey Yoga will be suspending in-person classes until further notice. I will be following the lead of Balance Yoga and offering classes at the normally scheduled times (Wednesday @ 6:00 p.m. and Saturday @ 9:30 a.m. via Facebook Live. I will only be offering prenatal classes during this time but obviously our postnatal mommas are welcome to tune in!

I know we need things like yoga and meditation now more than ever and I’m sorry to be adding to the disruption of normal life but I feel this is the best for everyone.
