Our prenatal yoga classes are purposefully sequenced to benefit moms through the challenges of pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond. You can expect a challenging class focusing on building strength and flexibility, exploring breath, and fostering a sense of community.
Postnatal Yoga / Bring Your Own Baby (Beginning January 2019!)
First and foremost, our postnatal classes will offer you a safe and nurturing environment to ease your way back into life after pregnancy! Some weeks we invite you to “Bring Your Own Baby” where you will continue the Journey you began together in prenatal classes, moving and breathing and sharing. Anything goes here! Attend to your needs and your baby’s as they arise. Other weeks will be Just For You! A chance to get on your mat and move as much or as little as you want with no distractions!

Open Vinyasa Flow
Our Open Vinyasa Flow classes are just that… open to everyone who is interested in exploring Vinyasa style yoga, linking breath to movement, meditation in motion, finding the balance between exploring your edge and accepting where you are. All levels welcome!
